In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the wc666 website at wc666.club, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any software applications operated by wc666.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the wc666 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a User's Account at any given time, inclusive of any real-money deposits and exclusive of bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards or matching deposits credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games or markets before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by wc666 before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official account currency of the wc666 Platform.
• "Sports Betting" means the placement of pre-match or live wagers on sporting events including but not limited to cricket (PSL, international formats), football, kabaddi, tennis and UFC.
• "Casino Games" means all RNG-based slot games, table games, video poker titles, and live dealer games available on the wc666 Platform.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by clicking the login button, or by continuing to use the wc666 Platform after any updated version of these Terms has been published, you confirm full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by wc666, including sports betting, live casino, slots, RNG games, bonuses, payment processing, customer support interactions, and any other feature or functionality available on the Platform, now or in the future.

wc666 reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wc666 will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an active Account on wc666, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement for all casino and betting services on the wc666 Platform without exception.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a company, syndicate or third party.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of any wc666 employee, partner or affiliate involved in the Platform's operation.
4. You have not previously had an Account on wc666 that was suspended, terminated or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. You are not located in or resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
6. You are acting entirely with your own funds and are not using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud or other illegal purpose.

wc666 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible individual may register only one Account on the wc666 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any other shared identifier — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed or forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in all registration fields. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. Any losses suffered by wc666 or by you arising from inaccurate Account information are solely your responsibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. wc666 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify wc666 immediately at [email protected]. wc666 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Account access by an unauthorised third party where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

wc666 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

All deposits to your wc666 Account must be made through one of the payment channels listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Currently supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK and select Cryptocurrency options. This list is subject to change without prior notice.

All transactions on the wc666 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fee is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. Where a player initiates a transaction in a different currency through their payment provider, any conversion charges applied by that provider are entirely the player's responsibility.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by wc666 at any time.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your wc666 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal or illegal activity. wc666 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in relation to any suspected financial crime and may freeze or suspend Accounts and report activity where required.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Cashier section of your wc666 Account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). wc666 will not process withdrawals to Accounts that have not completed KYC to the required standard.

Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method and account holder used for the original deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraud.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. wc666 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

wc666 reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal for up to 14 days if an Account is subject to a security review, a responsible gaming investigation, or if additional KYC documents have been requested and not yet provided. In such circumstances, wc666 will notify the Account holder of the delay and its reason.

• Withdrawals of amounts above Rs 500,000 per transaction may require additional verification steps.
• Bonus-funded winnings cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• wc666 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard PKR transactions; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

wc666 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where there is any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all wc666 promotions include:

• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been completed in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry time will be forfeited without notice.
• wc666 reserves the right to change the terms of any ongoing promotion, withdraw any promotion, or decline to award a bonus where it suspects abuse or where the player does not meet eligibility criteria.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined or stacked unless wc666 explicitly states that a specific offer may be combined with another.
• Players who have opted out of receiving marketing communications remain eligible to claim bonuses manually through the Promotions page of the Platform.

The wc666 sportsbook operates under a comprehensive set of sport-specific betting rules. These rules govern bet acceptance, settlement, void bets, and dispute resolution for all markets offered on the Platform. The full sport-specific betting rules are published in the Help section of the wc666 Platform and form an integral part of these Terms.

Key general betting rules include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• wc666 reserves the right to limit bet stakes, decline bet requests, or restrict market access on any Account at its sole discretion. This applies particularly where betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example where odds are clearly set at a wrong level due to a technical fault — wc666 reserves the right to void all bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
• Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to brief suspension periods during key match events (wickets, goals, stoppages). Any bet placed during a suspension period will be rejected and the stake returned to the player's Account.
• Cricket bets: In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or rescheduled, wc666 will apply standard cricket betting settlement rules as published in the Betting Rules section. Certain markets may be voided; others will be settled on the result at the time of abandonment where sufficient play has taken place.

All casino games available on the wc666 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, RNG table games, video poker and speciality games — are provided by third-party game suppliers operating under their own independent software licenses. wc666 makes these games available to players but does not control the underlying game logic or Random Number Generator (RNG) certification, which is the responsibility of each individual game supplier.

All RNG games available on the wc666 Platform are certified by independent third-party testing agencies for fairness and randomness. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot games are disclosed in each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnection, game freeze, or software error — the round in question will be void and any stake involved will be returned to the player's Account. wc666 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a game malfunction.

The minimum and maximum stake limits for casino games vary by game title and are displayed within each game before play begins. wc666 reserves the right to apply additional stake limits to individual Accounts based on responsible gaming assessments or risk management requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc666 Platform. Any Account found to have engaged in any of the below will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with wc666.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account, either personally or through a proxy or third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through artificial wagering patterns, collusion between Accounts, or deliberate manipulation of wagering requirement completion.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to place bets, play casino games or interact with the Platform in place of a human user.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting: Systematic use of wc666's odds in combination with other platforms to eliminate risk and extract bonuses without genuine gambling intent, where identified as abusive.
• Money Laundering: Using the wc666 Platform to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising the origin of money from any source.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other game format where player decisions interact.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets connected to any arrangement to fix or manipulate the outcome of a sporting event.
• Hacking & Technical Exploitation: Attempting to access, disrupt or exploit any part of the wc666 Platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, APIs or game code.

All content on the wc666 Platform — including but not limited to the wc666 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of wc666 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wc666 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or transmit any Platform content without express written permission from wc666.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use any wc666 trademark, logo or brand identifier in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Any unauthorised use of wc666 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and will result in immediate termination of your Account and licence to use the Platform.

wc666 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at wc666.club/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms you also confirm acceptance of the wc666 Privacy Policy.

wc666 may share personal data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances: (a) with game suppliers and payment processors necessary to operate the Platform services; (b) with regulatory bodies, law enforcement or fraud prevention agencies where required by law or where wc666 reasonably suspects criminal activity; (c) with KYC verification service providers for identity and age verification purposes.

wc666 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by wc666 by contacting [email protected].

wc666 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as entertainment — it should never be used as a method to generate income, resolve financial difficulties or cope with personal stress.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc666 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity or any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the wc666 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform's services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including outages affecting betting markets or casino game availability.
• Any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, banks or cryptocurrency networks.
• Any technical malfunction, disconnection or data loss affecting a betting or gaming session, provided that the applicable refund procedure set out in these Terms has been followed.
• Any action taken by wc666 in good faith to comply with applicable law or to enforce these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.

wc666's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wc666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date". For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — wc666 will also post a notice on the Platform homepage or send a notification to registered Account holders.

Your continued use of the wc666 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations applicable to the wc666 Platform's operating jurisdiction. wc666 operates under international online gaming license standards and applies its obligations thereunder to all player interactions on the Platform.
